What it is to be born

In a world undoing, our foundation has to be direct contact with the state of Truth.

Of the undifferentiated, non-separate One that we are,

that we emerge from, that moves us, births us.

To which we give ourselves in death.

The path of embodied awakening is knowing this directly here, while in Life, in body.

Listening to the heart and belly and the silent shimmering fields of light.

It is here.

And it is the direct access to this holy state that is ever and continually available that changes everything about how we live and move, and speak.

Of course, to grow healthily, there is much to explore in deconstructing identification, seeing psychological and emotional patterns, tending to our nervous systems, and inhabiting our body more lovingly.

Through resonance and practice, we learn how to inhabit our fullness AND how to live this day to day.
