As an embodied awakening coach and multi-dimensional healing guide, Helen blends intuitive healing, wise guidance, high vibrational transmissions and is a channel for Divine healing in the way that is perfect in that moment. In sessions we often flow from intuitive felt sensing of an area in the body and energetic system where there is an "edge" of consciousness meeting form. This may be an area where there is some sensation or contraction.
The session may include dialogue, reflection, meditation Presence, silence, light language, activations, energetic clearings, transmissions, light grids work, soul coaching, sacred sound and more - all as guided in the moment.
With Presence and Divine light, expansion and integration occur with deep ease in the zero point of the quantum field.
As a transmitter, channel and catalyst, Helen's work integrates and is informed by the many high vibrational energies she has immersed in over more than two decades.

Helen draws on her many learnings, professional trainings and experience in counseling, healing, teaching and therapeutic roles, all founded in her deep spiritual commitment and exploration. She has multiple credentials in energy work, meditation and coaching and has been an energy healer and teacher for three decades.

Please first have an initial session with Helen to investigate our mutual fit. We meet one to one to explore the edges of your expansion into your greatest self.
There will be practices and reflection all designed to empower your ownership of your transformational journey.
